Temps plummet after winter storm drops up to a foot of snow in parts of Delaware
The first major winter storm of the season moved through the region on Monday dropping a wide range of snow totals including up to a foot of snow in parts of Sussex County, Delaware, and only a coating to an inch in parts of the Lehigh Valley.
