Region prepares for light snow on Friday and heavier snow on Monday

The Philadelphia region is in for a one-two punch of winter weather with light snow moving in Friday afternoon and a bigger storm on Monday. NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Michelle Rotella has the forecast while NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle shows us how the region is preparing.
