Light snow to hit Friday afternoon, bigger storm to move in on Monday

Light snow will cause messy road conditions in the Philadelphia region Friday afternoon into the evening while a much bigger storm is expected to hit the area on Monday. NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Bill Henley has the forecast.
