January-like cold takes over this weekend 🥶

A sharp cold snap arrives on Black Friday and gets even colder heading into the weekend, bringing January-like conditions. On Saturday and Sunday, morning temperatures will dip into the 20s, with daytime highs stuck in the 30s.

Those are some chilly weekend temps.

Windy weather will be making it feel chilly throughout the weekend.

The dry and unseasonably cold stretch will continue well into next week, making travel trouble-free, but frigid for the trip home.

This time of year is particularly tough for people experiencing homelessness as temperatures drop. NBC10's Johnny Archer caught up with one man who shared what it's like and his wish for the winter season.
