Snow fell over the Philadelphia region Sunday morning in a quick-moving storm expected to last into the afternoon.
The winter storm moved out around 4 p.m. but the next concern became an overnight refreeze Sunday night into Monday morning as temps remained well below freezing. Watch out for slick spots on sidewalks and black ice on roads, especially side streets.
On Sunday morning the snow began accumulating in some neighborhoods and later came down in some heavy bands. Up to 10 inches of snow fell in parts of Bucks County, according to the National Weather Service.
