Storm leaves knee-high water on roads in Delaware County town

NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal reports from Darby Borough Wednesday morning after the Darby Creek flooded onto MacDade Boulevard and other roads in the Delaware County town overnight after a powerful rainstorm rushed through. Roads remained closed Wednesday morning.
