NBC Universal, Inc.

It was a wide range of snow totals across the region on Monday with some parts of Delaware getting up to a foot of snow and some areas in Pennsylvania only getting a coating to an inch. NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Brittney Shipp shows us the snow totals so far and looks ahead to bitter cold following the snow.

UPDATE: NBC10's snow camera footage has ended.

As expected, snow began to fall in southern Delaware and at the Jersey Shore early Monday, Jan. 6, 2025.

By 3:30 a.m., it was snowing in Cape May, New Jersey, with a white blanket on the Promenade. By 7: 30 a.m., snow covered everything. The snow continued past noon. Watch it live with our snow cam above.

In Delaware, snow piled up on the Wilmington Blue Rocks' Frawley Stadium.

As the morning went on, the snow spread north into Philadelphia and the surrounding communities. By midday snow covered City Hall.

By the evening, another round of light snow moved into parts of the Pennsylvania suburbs, including King of Prussia.
