Philadelphia Sets Up Libraries, SEPTA Buses to Help People Cool Off Amid Intense Heat

NBC10’s Katy Zachry reports from outside one of the Philadelphia libraries being set up as a cooling center as the city goes into its first “Heat Health Emergency” of the season on Tuesday. Some parked SEPTA buses will also be available for getting out of the heat.
