Rain returns before a cold blast ahead of start to winter

Tuesday has been a nice dry, warm day but that’s all about to change. We have rain on the way as well as a cold front that will bring the temperatures plummeting by the end of the weekend. NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Michelle Rotella has the forecast.
