On and off showers and breezy conditions ahead

The National Weather Service is urging everyone to stay out of the water at the shore with the upcoming rain chances, wind developing and high surf expected. The rain will move in overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, with parts of Delaware and South Jersey expected to get the most rain. The windy conditions will last throughout the week all the way until Saturday. First Alert weather meteorologist Michelle Rotella has the forecast.
