Temperatures Sunday remain cold, with a high of 38 degrees in Philadelphia. The warmest temps will be felt in Delaware and the Jersey Shore, but the high there will still be only 39 degrees. Dry conditions will dominate the morning and most of the afternoon, but as the evening progresses, clouds will start thickening up as a system of rain and ice that’s expected to hit Monday starts moving in.
