Heavy rain pushing off the coast, use caution for morning commute

The worst of the storms has now made its way to the coastline as it begins to clear out. However, flooding is still a concern for most areas overnight. Windy conditions will linger into Wednesday and allow temperatures to fall. NBC10’s First Alert meteorologist Brittney Shipp has the fallout of the storm.
