First Alert in effect as storm brings heavy rain, strong winds and potential flooding

There will be a lot happening on Wednesday from heavy rain to strong winds and then an extreme drop in temperatures. Temperatures will be in the 60s on Wednesday but will drop down to the 30s by the end of the week. NBC10’s First Alert meteorologist Brittney Shipp has what to know to be prepared.
