Expect a chilly morning but sunny Monday

NBC10 First Alert Weather meteotologist Bill Henley says Monday morning will start off chilly and cool, but he expects the region to see a sunny afternoon. And, he says, some rain is likely for week’s Thanksgiving holiday.
