Chilly and sunny before rain moves in later in the week

There will be plenty of sunshine throughout the region for the rest of Monday and into Tuesday. It isn’t as windy out so feels-like temperatures won’t fall too much. NBC10 First Alert meteorologist Marvin Gomez also has more on the rain that’s on the way.
