A winter storm is bringing wind, rain, and cold temperatures to the Philadelphia region Friday. While rain is widespread, snowflakes are also falling, but they won’t stick in most areas due to above-freezing temperatures.

NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Michelle Rotella is tracking a rain system that’s finally bringing some relief to the Philadelphia region after weeks of dry conditions. 

Some much-needed November Rain pushed through the Philadelphia region Wednesday night and before the dayslong storm moves out it should bring the first snowflakes of the season to the Poconos, northern parts of the area and possibly as far south as Delaware and South Jersey.
