A judge has ruled that the Philly POPS organization must pay its former musicians hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid wages. It’s a story NBC10 Responds has been following since March when the union that represents the POPS musicians filed a lawsuit claiming they were not paid for a holiday performance. The former Philly Pops musicians have regrouped, as ‘No Name Pops,’ and are getting ready to perform in front of a crowd again. This all comes months after the Pops organization was evicted from the Kimmel Center earlier this year for not paying their growing tab.
