Driver charged in deadly hit-and-run on City Ave.
The driver accused of a deadly hit-and-run on City Avenue last month has turned himself into police. The driver hit a 61-year-old woman in a wheelchair and then fled the scene. The woman died at the hospital and the car was found two days later.
