A shooting in West Philadelphia left a 14-year-old boy in critical condition.

A teen boy is in critical condition after he was shot in West Philadelphia Monday evening.

The Philadelphia area didn’t get as much snow as South Jersey or Delaware but it was still impacted. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk shows us the current conditions in Center City and speaks with Philly residents.

A second arrest was made in the murder of Devin Weedon, a 15-year-old boy who was shot and killed during a robbery as he walked to school in Philadelphia nearly two years ago.
