Families were out and about soaking up the mild temperatures while dodging ghosts, goblins and gremlins. In South Philadelphia there was a haunted alleyway, just one of the many things kids got to enjoy in the city. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville has more from all the Halloween fun.
