A dog that was tossed over a fence and into the Humane Society of Atlantic County’s yard back in July has found a forever home. Her old owner was arrested on animal cruelty charges. The dog was adopted and named Snookie, and now lives in Texas.

The Brandywine Valley SPCA is expanding to South Jersey to become the first Animal Welfare Organization in the country to operate in three states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

The Brandywine Valley SPCA will now operate in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey after agreeing to affiliate with Lindenwold’s Animal Adoption Center.
