PennDOT has postponed its planned construction work on the eastbound Schuylkill expressway due to the Phillies playoff games at Citizens Bank Park on Oct. 5 and Oct. 6. The planned bridge work in Greys Ferry has been moved to the following weekend.

Starting at 9 p.m. on Friday night, a part of the Schuylkill Expressway will be closed for the weekend as PennDOT repairs a bridge deck in the Grays Ferry neighborhood. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk has a break down of what drivers can expect to see.
