9/11

This week marked 23 years since the terror attacks on September 11th, and this morning, hundreds of people have come together in South Philadelphia to honor the lives lost that day. NBC10’s Siobhan McGirl has more on the Heroes Run at the Navy Yard. 

The U.S. is remembering lives taken and others reshaped by 9/11. Wednesday marks an anniversary laced with presidential campaign politics.

Being a “9/11 family” reverberates through generations, and commemorating and understanding the Sept. 11 attacks one day will be up to a world with no first-hand memory of them.
