Keith Jones gets assist from Lucy Bustamante after he blows tire on I-76

NBC10 Keith Jones grabbed the tire iron early Wednesday after he blew a tire along the Schuylkill Expressway while heading into work. NBC10’s Lucy Bustamante came to keep him company as he changed the wheel.
