Philly's First Female Play-by-Play Announcer Joins the 76ers

Kate Scott has become the first female play-by-play announcer for any of Philly’s pro teams. Her inspiration comes from one of Philly’s most beloved basketball players, she told NBC10’s Jacqueline London.
