Philly leaders announce restoration plans for historic Cobbs Creek Golf Course

After 100 years in existence, the historic Cobbs Creek golf course fell into disrepair. Now, Philadelphia leaders, a charitable organization and Tiger Woods are all teaming up to revitalize the historic golf course. NBC10’s Tim Furlong shows us how the restoration will impact the community.
