Phillies ace Zack Wheeler back on the mound in Clearwater

Zack Wheeler took practice on the mound on Monday in Clearwater against some of the best Phillies hitters. The Phillies announced Wheeler will be the starter for the Phillies season opener in Washington. NBC Sports Philadelphia’s John Clark has the latest from Clearwater.
