Is this the revenge we have all been dreading?
Eagles fans in a University City Dunkin' Donuts were exposed to the most rueful of paybacks Thursday when customers were (accidentally?) given cups emblazoned with the Patriots logo.
"Hmmm. It appears #Pats fans are exacting some revenge," the Eagles fan who provided the photo above said.
This slight comes several weeks after the reverse happened in Massachusetts.
"Get this thing outta here," Drexel student Patrick Murphy said of his cup. "Go Birds!"
Employees at the store said they believe it was a mix-up that they received the medium sized Patriots' cups. They assured NBC10 they love and support the Eagles.

When a similar mix-up occured in New England, Dunkin' Donuts issued a statement saying the company was "taking steps to ensure all of our local stores are stocked with the correct cups."
Unfortunately for Eagles fans, that appears to not be the case.
Dunkin' Donuts issued the following statement after news of the cups spread: βWe appreciate our loyal customers for bringing this to our attention, and we are taking steps to ensure all of our local stores are stocked with the correct cups. Fly, Eagles, Fly! β
