The Eagles are calling all fans to “Believe in Green” by sending a former Eagle, a big bird and a bunch of hot girls in short skirts with signs and rally towels around town Wednesday.
Former-bartender-turned-oldest-rookie-in-NFL-history Vince Papale, the Eagles Cheerleaders, the Eagles Pep Band and their mascot Swoop have been enlisted to pump the city up for Sunday’s game.
…Not that we really need to be “pumped up.” I’m pretty sure Eagles fans are foaming-at-the-mouth insane with pep and pride for Sunday’s NFC Championship game all on our own.
Regardless, catch these green-bleeding diehards at these locations Wednesday:
11:30 a.m.: Reading Terminal Pep Rally
Reading Terminal Market’s Center Court, Philadelphia, Pa.
The Eagles street team will be handing out rally towels and “Believe in Green” signs to get fans excited about this weekend’s game and encourage them to wear green on Friday. The Reading Terminal Market will also be home to two “Believe in Green” signs that will hang in the Center Court.
2:30 p.m.: Swoop Visits Senior Community Residents
CareOne Senior Care Community
Philadelphia Eagles mascot SWOOP will be visiting residents at the CareOne community to say thank you for their continued support of the team and to encourage the residents to “Believe in Green.”
