Pope approves landmark ruling to allow priests to bless same-sex couples

A new ruling by the Catholic Church has been approved by Pope Francis, that declares priests can now give blessings to same-sex couples. The Vatican says priests will determine on a case-by-case basis when they will administer these blessings. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors caught up with a Catholic journalist about what this means.
