Pro-Palestinian professors at Penn suing university

Pro-Palestinian faculty at the University of Pennsylvania are suing the Ivy League school to stop it from sending sensitive internal files to a congressional committee investigating antisemitism on campus. They call the Congressional probe “a new form of McCarthyism” that threatens their safety and academic freedom.
