Over the weekend, hundreds of Venezuelans — reportedly tied to gangs — were flown out of the country after President Donald Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act. But some are questioning if the move is constitutional. NBC10’s Yukare Nakayama has the details and reactions from residents in the Philadelphia area.
