Philadelphia Congressman ‘Frustrated' by Lack of Straw Purchase Legislation

U.S. Rep. Brendan Boyle, a Democrat who represents a portion of Philadelphia, says many Republicans in Congress are not ready to address the issue of straw purchases of firearms. NBC10 reporter Lauren Mayk spoke with him on Capitol Hill on Wednesday.
