Kamala Harris interviewed by Black journalists organization during visit to Philly

Vice President Kamala Harris was back in Philadelphia Tuesday, just a week after her debate against Former President Donald Trump. During this trip, Harris was interviewed by an organization of Black journalists, and she discussed many topics.
