Fourth Philadelphia Council Member Resigns to Join Mayoral Race

Philadelphia’s race of mayor grew again Wednesday with a fourth councilmember resigning amid the campaign to replace Mayor Jim Kenny. Philadelphia City Council Majority Leader Cherelle Parker joined the race. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk reports.
