The Trump Administration has filed a flurry of lawsuits against states as legal vote counting has continued in several states including Pennsylvania. Temple University constitutional legal scholar Craig Green and NBC10’s Vince Lattanzio discuss the potential impacts of these challenges and whether a case could go before the U.S. Supreme Court. Green said there’s a lot of rhetoric, but not a lot of evidence that could make the cases plausible.
