A rogue cop shot and killed at least three Americans Thursday at a children's hospital in Afghanistan's capital that is run by the Pennsylvania-based charity CURE, NBC News reported. One of the victims was Chicago-area pediatrician Jerry Umanos, his colleagues confirmed to NBC Chicago. The gunman later shot himself in the head and was in critical condition. He was treated at CURE and transferred to another hospital where he is in government custody.
