Automatic Train Control Not Installed on Track Where Amtrak Train Derailed

NBC10 Investigative reporter Mitch Blacher has learned a system called Automatic Train Control, or ATC, which has been around for decades, is installed on tracks across the country, but not on the track where the Amtrak train derailed Tuesday in Port Richmond.
