Workers Rescued From Scaffolding Dangling Off Penn Building

Two workers were rescued by Philadelphia firefighters after the scaffolding they were on partially collapsed leaving them trapped several stories up the side of a building. The incident happened along Walnut and 34th streets on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania.
