Woman accused of stealing $800 from woman in wheelchair in Center City

Police released surveillance pictures of a woman who allegedly stole $800 from a woman in a wheelchair. Investigators said the woman grabbed the victim’s bag, took out the money, gave the bag back to the victim and then took off. Police are searching for the woman.
