Wild chain of events starts with teen shot on SEPTA bus, ends with police chasing stolen car

Police in Philadelphia are investigating after a 17-year-old was shot on a crowded SEPTA bus in North Philadelphia which then led to officers chasing two people who fled in a stolen car on Friday evening. NBC10’s Johnny Archer reports on the latest.
