West Philly celebrates Juneteenth with parade and festival

For the third year that Juneteenth is recognized as a national holiday Philly went all out with celebrations. In West Philly they kicked off celebrations with a parade and festival on Sunday. NBC10’s Karen Hua was there and spoke with people about what the holiday means to them.
