Wawa revealed the new hoagie it would be offering in stores to coincide with the start of Hoagiefest.
Wawa’s Snapchat announced the new addition to the family is a roasted chicken hoagie. The announcement comes right before the start of the ninth year of Hoagiefest. The company debuted the tradition in 2008 when it offered shorti hoagies for $2.99.
Wawa has not yet announced other details such as customization options.
The news comes in the wake of the company’s first store permanently closing which was located in Folsom, Delaware. A new “Super Wawa” has opened down the road.
