‘War zone.' Tornado touched down in Delaware causing downed trees, power lines and lots of damage

There were downed trees and lots of debris in Wilmington, New Castle County after a tornado touched down near there Thursday night. A police officer witnessed the tornado make touch down. NBC10’s Johnny Archer spoke with locals who witnessed the tornado firsthand and describe the frightening experience.
