VP Joe Biden Addresses Local Democrats

Vice President Joe Biden arrived with his security detail at the Sheraton in Society Hill and is talking to more than 180 Democratic Representatives following President Barack Obama’s trip to the city. The recent trips to are part of efforts to bring the Democratic National Convention to Philadelphia.
