Vigil to be held on Sunday to honor CHOP doctor killed while riding bicycle in Rittenhouse

People are reacting to a crash that left a bicyclist killed while riding in the bike lane near Rittenhouse Square. Surveillance video shows the moments leading up to the deadly crash. A vigil will be held for the victim on Sunday morning at 18th and Spruce streets. NBC10’s Frances Wang reports.
