Vigil For Innocent Bystander Killed in Triple Shooting

Friends, family, and neighbors gathered Tuesday evening to remember an innocent bystander killed by a man with a rifle in Kensington. A vigil was held for Jose Perez near E-Street and Allegheny Avenue where he was killed Saturday. Police are still searching for the killer.
