Video shows armed thieves robbing stores on Halloween in North Philly

Police are searching for thieves who were seen on surveillance video carrying guns, knives and sledgehammers in North Philadelphia. Police say these robbers targeted several stores on Halloween. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville spoke with concerned workers and has the details.
