Video showing surfer's near-death experience focus of documentary for training rookie lifeguards

A surfer recorded his own near-death experience at the Jersey Shore that is now being used as a tool to save lives. In 2021, Paul Bouchard was knocked down by a wave that caused him to black out and nearly die. His experience is now the focus of a documentary that is required viewing for rookie lifeguards.
