VIDEO: Shots Fired Near Scene of Triple Shooting

NBC10’s camera was rolling when shots were fired about two blocks away from the scene of a triple shooting that sent three teens to the hospital in West Philadelphia. Video captured police running towards the scene of the second shooting. During that incident, a person was shot in the leg.
